- preheat oven to 180c 160c fan forced grease a 19 x 29cm base measurement ovenproof dish well with butter spread half of the bread pieces over the base of the prepared dish top with three quarters of the ham sprinkle with half of the cheeses top with the remaining bread pieces and scatter over the remaining ham
