- 1 2 cup wholemeal plain flour
- 1 2 cup traditional rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
- 2 teaspoons linseeds
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 2 tablespoons sultanas
- 200g tub natural yoghurt
- 200g sliced ham
- 100g cheddar sliced
- 4 gherkins
- 4 pickled onions
- 50g mixed salad leaves
- 1 3 cup sweet mustard pickles

- preheat oven to 220c 200c fan forced line a baking tray with baking paper
- combine flours oats sugar salt bicarbonate of soda seeds and sultanas in a large bowl add yoghurt mix to form a soft dough transfer dough to a floured surface knead until smooth
- shape dough into a ball place on prepared baking tray flatten to form a 14cm round score a deep cross into top of loaf bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until browned and bread sounds hollow when tapped set aside for 15 minutes to cool slightly see notes
- arrange ham cheddar gherkins onions and salad on a serving board serve with sliced bread and pickles
