- preheat oven to 200c or 180c fan arrange fries on a baking tray cook according to packet directions meanwhile place lamb steaks in a shallow dish pour over oil juice and add oregano turn to coat cook lamb in a medium frying pan on high for 1 2 mins each side until cooked to your liking
- split rolls and top the base of each with lettuce leaves and a lamb leg steak divide dip between each burger place lid of burger on side and serve with fries
